Job Purpose
Assist in daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding adidas service to every customer.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments as needed.
- Assist with product ticketing and verifying received merchandise against paperwork.
- Help transfer products from the stockroom to the sales floor when required.
- Support visual merchandising by setting up displays as directed by management.
- Master point-of-sale systems while maintaining strict adherence to policies.
- Utilize selling techniques, including add-on sales and product education, to achieve sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products, occasionally acting as a door greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure the security of company assets.
Skills & Experience
- Strong passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Positive, clear communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Fashion retail experience is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience
- Matric certificate required.
