Key Responsibilities:
- Understand data sources and map them to target systems/solutions.
- Advise teams on data-oriented solutions (People, Process, and Technology).
- Recommend data/information architectures based on business requirements.
- Execute data modeling standards, principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with the Data Head/Architect to fulfill data needs across the organization.
- Coordinate and prioritize data modeling work within the business area.
- Engage in the entire data modeling lifecycle (Logical to Physical Model and Semantic Model).
- Understand reference and master data requirements, coordinating data product development with stakeholders.
- Drive the implementation and monitoring of data quality controls.
- Ensure metadata adoption and capture across different business units.
- Provide transformation rules to Data Engineers.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze business rules and requirements to solve specific use cases.
- Ensure processes align with business objectives and comply with Group Information Architecture.
- Apply industry knowledge to enhance analysis.
- Prepare and present data analysis findings to key stakeholders.
- Map source systems to enterprise data models and reference data.
- Query and analyze data from multiple sources to identify required changes.
- Conduct classifications, time-series analysis, and deliver high-quality insights.
- Research new data sources and analytical tools to improve processes.
- Monitor data quality and work with stakeholders to correct inaccuracies.
- Stay updated on new data assets, identifying opportunities and trends.
- Validate data accuracy and recommend pipeline improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to quantify problems and propose solutions.
- Drive conversations with stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
- Evaluate options and provide viable solutions based on analysis.
- Manage timelines and expectations when new data or changes are required.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Data Analytics solutions (e.g., Cubes/Reports).
- Participate in priority sessions and advocate for key initiatives.
- Ensure proper handover by providing relevant artifacts to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in Data Analytics or Information Architecture.
- Minimum Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or ND in IT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Data Warehousing, and Frameworks.
- Knowledge of financial systems and compliance regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
