About the Role: CRM Business Analyst III
Join our Business Bank team as a CRM Business Analyst III, where you’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions. You’ll lead Salesforce feature analysis, design, and implementation, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst across diverse scenarios.
- 2+ years in Banking/Financial Services.
- 2+ years as a Salesforce Business/Solution Analyst.
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong business and data analysis skills.
- Ability to translate requirements into processes, diagrams, and functional designs.
- Proficiency in Agile, SDLC, and stakeholder collaboration.
