Financial Services Manager – PEP
PEP is seeking a dynamic and strategic Financial Services Manager to lead the execution of our PEPmoney strategy and drive the profitability of our financial services portfolio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding business opportunities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the PEPmoney strategy by identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Oversee operational performance and financial results for PEPmoney Financial Services.
- Act as the custodian of marketing requirements for PEPmoney Financial Services products.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Take ownership of PEPmoney budget management for financial services products.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- Relevant diploma or degree (e.g., B.Comm, B.A. with commercial subjects).
- 5+ years of experience in a financial services role.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace).
- In-depth knowledge of financial services legislation and compliance.
- Financial acumen and strong project management skills.
- Excellent relationship and process management abilities.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in financial product knowledge and research capabilities.
- Prior management experience is essential.
