Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand ambassador program in the world. You’ll represent Red Bull on your campus and in your region, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Your creativity, energy, and passion for the brand will help connect with university students, create unforgettable experiences, and expand Red Bull’s presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a Product & Brand Ambassador
- Represent Red Bull with authenticity, embodying brand personality and values in every interaction.
- Grow the brand’s reach by sampling products and engaging students in high-traffic locations.
- Develop and execute innovative campus plans that bring Red Bull to life.
- Build strong relationships with key influencers and student groups.
- Create engaging social media content to amplify brand presence.
- Assist at Red Bull events, ensuring an unforgettable experience for attendees.
Be a Sales Expert
- Collaborate with local sales teams to increase Red Bull’s visibility and availability on campus and beyond.
- Help open new distribution points and maintain perfect in-store execution.
- Use Red Bull’s global assets to keep the brand top of mind in local outlets.
Executional Excellence
- Deliver high-quality execution in every task, with a keen eye for detail.
- Share ideas and collaborate with the team through in-person and digital channels.
- Plan and report activities via Red Bull’s online platform.
- Provide local insights to identify trends and growth opportunities.
EXPERIENCE
Your strengths and expertise:
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality.
- Deep understanding of student life, including campus hotspots and events.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative.
- Ability to balance Part-Time work with studies, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for marketing, sales, and the Red Bull brand.
- Established network of campus influencers.
- Event or project management experience is a plus.
- Driver’s license preferred.
