E-learning Designer at PEP
Purpose of the Job
To design and coordinate digital learning solutions for PEP’s Learning & Development Department, ensuring engaging and effective e-learning materials are developed and delivered across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning content and interactive e-learning modules.
- Create engaging video content for training purposes.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage the end-to-end e-learning development process.
- Generate reports and analyze learning data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align learning solutions with business needs.
- Handle ad hoc tasks related to digital learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-learning design or a similar role.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms and tools (Articulate Rise 360, LMS).
- Strong skills in video editing software (Wondershare, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with Canva and Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creativity and passion for innovative learning solutions.
