Job Description
Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care through accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, while offering professional advice in line with Clicks’ way of working, good pharmacy practice, and SAPC regulations. Ensure efficient dispensary operations, stock management, and administration while maintaining customer service excellence and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and accurate dispensing in accordance with SAPC regulations and Clicks standards.

  • Manage dispensary operations, including stock control, shrinkage prevention, housekeeping, and administrative tasks.

  • Focus on achieving core dispensary and clinic operational targets.

  • Oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns as required.

  • Implement customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience, drive loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres to achieve business objectives.

  • Integrate and partner with clinic and healthcare aisle teams to provide a comprehensive offering to customers.

  • Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.

Minimum Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with SAPC (Essential)

  • Retail pharmacy experience (Desirable)

  • Experience with Unisolve system (Desirable)
