Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures, implementing process improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure support activities are executed effectively to maintain smooth operations across HGR.
- Recruit, train, and manage personnel, assigning duties to optimize team performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance productivity and development.
- Maintain seamless information flow within the company to support business functions.
- Monitor schedules, deadlines, costs, and expenses to assist in budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on business developments and implement necessary changes.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
- Train the Admin team on HGR policies and processes.
- Track work items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, reinsurers, brokers, and sales teams, to maintain strong relationships.
- Deliver accurate and timely information across all communications.
- Maintain quality control on all outputs.
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced work setting.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize Admin Operations.
- Enhance the management and processing of member data within the organization.
