Auto Pedigree, a leading supplier of quality, pre-owned low-kilometer vehicles with over 70 branches nationwide, is seeking honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible individuals with relevant driving experience to join our Kempton Park team as a Driver/Cleaner.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide an efficient transport service in line with standard operating procedures and legal requirements. Responsibilities include safely delivering and collecting goods, documentation, vehicles, and customers while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and vehicle maintenance.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to maintain showroom standards.
- Conduct vehicle quality control checks, reporting expired licenses, service due, or non-compliant issues.
- Refuel vehicles and check tyre pressure, oil, water, and other fluids.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and transport vehicles between branches as required.
- Collect and deliver documentation to banks, suppliers, internal departments, and customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness of company premises.
- Uphold company integrity through ethical conduct and safeguarding assets.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Branch Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12
Minimum Requirements
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old)
- Basic computer literacy
- Fully bilingual with strong English communication skills
- Ability to read a map
