Job Purpose:
To develop and manage senior-level business relationships and strategic key account initiatives to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Sales & Marketing Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of industry and Key Account Management experience (Corporate Pharmacy)
Key Job Outputs:
- Manage operational execution, including regular contact with Buying and Replenishment offices.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales against targets.
- Drive retail sales via paid and ad-hoc promotions.
- Enhance sales through pricing and in-store advertising/display.
- Negotiate and enforce trading terms.
- Oversee customer profitability.
- Collaborate with Category teams to optimize shelf share based on market performance.
- Ensure flawless promotional execution by liaising with the Ops team.
- Analyze competitor pricing with a focus on Front Margins.
- Implement price increases promptly.
- Utilize customer reporting systems effectively.
- Stay updated on market and competitor trends.
- Forecast sales accurately for new and existing products.
- Maintain and execute product listings.
- Provide market insights to Senior Management.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in meetings as needed.
- Prepare reports as required.
