Job Description & Summary

As part of our legal specialties, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation within the legal tech space, focusing on Contract lifecycle management (CLM) and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of the legal tech team, ensuring productivity and high performance.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Optimize resource utilization to meet business demands.
- Build and strengthen relationships within the South Africa (SA) and UK networks to expand the New Law / Legal Tech practice.
- Drive demand for legal tech solutions and ensure seamless fulfillment of resource requests.
- Oversee performance management and implement structures for enhanced efficiency.
- Promote an inclusive and diverse team culture.
- Collaborate closely with Alliances and Icertis to align strategies and maximize impact.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing a legal tech or similar team.
- Proficiency with the Icertis platform.
- Strong account management and client-facing experience.
Business Development
- Actively contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and expanding client engagements.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 20% travel may be required.
