Job Purpose
Assist management in day-to-day store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding adidas service to every customer.
- Handle sales transactions (cash, credit, checks) as needed.
- Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor and assist with ticketing and inventory checks.
- Help create visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Master point-of-sale system operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales using upselling techniques and product knowledge.
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products.
- Act as a front-door greeter during peak hours when required.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold asset security.
Skills & Experience
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative.
- Excellent, energetic communication skills.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fashion retail experience preferred (not essential).
- Matric certificate.
- 0–1 year of retail experience.
