RESPONSIBILITIES
Red Bull Ambassador
- Build strong relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and partners (outlet owners, bar staff, distributors, promoters).
- Be the go-to expert for the Red Bull brand, ensuring premium representation in every interaction.
- Drive affinity and engagement through authentic, high-impact brand storytelling.
Entrepreneur of the Territory
- Own your region with deep market knowledge and innovative strategies.
- Identify trends, uncover untapped opportunities, and position Red Bull for future growth.
- Manage resources efficiently to maximize impact across events, partnerships, and activations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, artists, and agencies to amplify Red Bull’s culture and reach.
Indispensable Business Consultant
- Forge lasting partnerships that benefit both Red Bull and your clients.
- Negotiate win-win deals to elevate brand presence and drive sales.
- Turn insights into action—launch programs that boost consumption and brand loyalty.
- Track performance metrics to refine strategies and seize new opportunities.
EXPERIENCE
Your strengths for this role:
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but passion for the industry is key.
- A natural connector—your charisma and expertise inspire trust.
- Tech-savvy with standard tools (laptop, mobile, software).
- Fearless in pursuing new business and building relationships.
- Strong communicator, self-driven, and results-focused.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to own your success.
- Valid driver’s license and local geography knowledge.
- Matric required; university degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel 90-100%.
