As a Consulting Corporate Function Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic consulting services to clients, helping them streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable business performance.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Consulting Corporate Function Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, driving cost optimization and operational excellence across corporate functions while supporting transformation efforts through expert consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver strategic consulting projects for corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT, etc.), focusing on cost optimization and operational improvement.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop value cases and implement sustainable efficiency enhancements.
- Design and execute transformation roadmaps in alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Conduct detailed operational analyses to support data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.
- Track and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
- Stay current with industry best practices in corporate strategy and cost optimization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate transformation, or operations management.
- Proven success in leading cost optimization initiatives in large organizations or consulting settings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience in corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT) is a plus.
