Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled System Administrator – Citrix to design, implement, and manage our Citrix environments (on-premises and cloud). You’ll ensure secure, high-performance VDI and application delivery while driving scalability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain:
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
- Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud)
- Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Gateway, and FAS
- Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS)
- Citrix StoreFront, Workspace, Director, and Studio
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security of Citrix infrastructure.
- Integrate Citrix with Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and M365.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide escalated support.
- Implement Citrix Cloud technologies and automation (PowerShell).
- Document processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years managing enterprise Citrix environments.
- Expertise in CVAD, Citrix Cloud, ADC, and provisioning tools (PVS/MCS).
- Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, and Azure.
- Strong security and compliance knowledge for VDI.
- Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V) preferred.
- ITIL familiarity and scripting skills (PowerShell) a plus.
