Responsibilities:

Migration and Integration Role:

  • Engage strategically with customer business and technical partners, providing guidance on data operations related to migration, integration, and customer master data management.
  • Evaluate customer requirements for data and business migration, integration, reporting, field force structure, and territory alignment.
  • Oversee the customer master data linking process during Data Migration.
  • Collaborate with Data Management and QA teams under the direction of the Data Integration Manager and Key Account Manager.
  • Communicate estimated delivery timelines to customers and ensure timely file delivery with relevant statistics.
  • Support the linkage of customer master data to unique identifiers.
  • Review system functional specifications and contribute to Medpages-driven functional specifications.
  • Plan and coordinate daily data integration activities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in project planning and management to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Provide IT-approved quotes for integration jobs and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Establish testing and validation processes for all data files to meet customer specifications.
  • Conduct QA and final sign-off on new file formats.
  • Partner with the Medpages contracts manager to ensure Third-Party Agreements and NDAs are in place for vendors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts to drive company growth.

General:

  • Perform administrative duties as required.
  • Manage tasks and calls in CRM and IT applications, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
  • Utilize Medpages and IQVIA systems in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong project management and client relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve team objectives.
  • Analytical problem-solving expertise in systems and workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Effective communicator with a results-driven mindset, comfortable working independently and across teams.
  • Excellent presentation and client persuasion skills.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation, from design to stakeholder interpretation of results.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to change.
