Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Delivery Channel Manager to oversee and optimize our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, food delivery, or e-commerce, with expertise in managing delivery platforms and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, food delivery, e-commerce, or a related operations role.
- Solid understanding of delivery tech platforms (Mr D, Uber Eats, Takealot, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and make quick, informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, delivery dashboards, and POS/inventory systems.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines with composure.
- Own transport is a plus for site visits and shift-based availability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in restaurant or food tech operations.
- Background in last-mile logistics.
- Familiarity with route planning tools or delivery management software.
- A natural problem-solver who excels in fast-paced environments.
