Remuneration:
- Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the new car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Maximize first and second gross profits through strategic sales methodologies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and drive success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-energy work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Partner with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Drive retail-focused activities and network to enhance new car sales visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and dealership standards.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and availability.
- Initiate, negotiate, and close sales deals efficiently.
- Oversee accurate completion of all sales documentation.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 5+ years of automotive sales experience, preferably within a franchise dealership (VW, Ford, Nissan, Mazda, Mahindra, Chery, Toyota, Suzuki, MG).
- Proven sales track record (submission of 3 months’ commission sheets/payslips required).
- Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset.
- Excellent lead management, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Evolve, Kerridge, and Drive.
- Valid driver’s license (essential).
