Grow, manage, and retain new and existing customers to meet sales targets, contributing to company growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Actively market and promote the brand and dealership within the approved target market.
- Professionally and systematically penetrate the vehicle market to drive sales.
- Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Uphold benchmark customer satisfaction standards set by the dealer and manufacturer.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and first gross profit goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12) required.
- Tertiary qualification (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- VWSA certification, particularly VW Sales, is advantageous.
- 1.5+ years of experience in premium brand vehicle sales.
- Proven track record of maintaining CSI ratings above national averages.
