Job Description
Deliver exceptional service and education to Private Clients and Private Clients RMB clients, focusing on wealth creation, accumulation, and protection strategies. Enhance client retention and loyalty by applying contextual Money Management principles to increase the Vertical Sales Index (VSI).
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the overall area budget.
- Develop the annual budget for the next financial year, incorporating operational plans.
- Research and design long-term financial resource requirements.
- Present business cases to secure financial resources.
- Analyze forecasts and implement budget plans effectively.
- Optimize budgets to minimize costs while maintaining efficiency.
- Authorize expenditures and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships to manage expectations and foster collaboration.
- Engage cross-functionally to provide and receive operational support.
- Maintain industry presence through networking, benchmarking, and forums.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach to enhance experience and loyalty.
Risk & Governance
- Implement governance, compliance, and ethics policies.
- Stay updated on industry risk best practices and regulatory changes.
- Drive risk awareness and address audit findings.
- Represent the team in Group risk forums when required.
