Retail Sales Assistant – Absolute Pets (Mount Edgecombe)
Specialising in premium pet foods and accessories, Absolute Pets is the leading pet retailer in South Africa with over 180 stores nationwide. Our team of experts is looking for passionate and driven Retail Sales Assistants to join the Absolute Pets family in Mount Edgecombe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service to every shopper
- Keep the store fully stocked and process orders efficiently
- Operate admin and IT systems accurately
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for retail and a love for pets (product training provided)
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail/sales experience is advantageous
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
- Ability to lift and pack stock
- Hardworking, engaging, and interactive personality
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable work ethic
- Passion for pets and retail
