Job Description
Develop and implement high-quality training and eLearning content aligned with business needs and Group Standards. Ensure training materials are relevant, engaging, and effective through evaluation, updates, and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training materials and eLearning content using appropriate instructional methodologies.

Implement pilot training programmes, evaluate outcomes, and update materials to ensure relevance and quality before final rollout.

Review and update training content to maintain alignment with Group Policy, Standards, and business requirements.

Apply administrative and quality assurance processes to support training programme management.

Collaborate with business units to ensure training materials meet operational needs and objectives.
-
Maintain personal development to ensure capability and capacity to deliver on objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Job Knowledge

Learning and development theories and principles
-
Adult learning principles
-
Labour legislation and Skills Development Act

Training material and curriculum design
-
Agile methodology (advantageous)
Job-Related Skills

Development and facilitation of learning programmes

Planning and organising training initiatives

Training needs analysis

Project management and presentation skills

Analytical skills and ability to interact with employees across levels

eLearning content development and storyboarding
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years designing and developing NQF-aligned training material

At least 1 year experience in training facilitation (desirable)

Minimum 2 years experience developing eLearning content

Registration as an assessor
Education
-
3-year tertiary qualification, diploma or degree (e.g., BA, BCom in Communication, Languages, or ODETDP)
