Responsibilities
What we’re looking for:

  • Achieve maximum revenue, profitability, and market penetration by effectively selling PepsiCo products within your assigned territory (Forecourts).
  • Educate customers on category management systems and champion forward share management to drive growth.
  • Implement EDGE principles to optimize sales strategies.
  • Increase PepsiCo’s market share in assigned product categories across your territory.

Qualifications
What will qualify you for the role:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (enterprise-level preferred).
  • 3-year tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree minimum).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of sales success and target achievement.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrates integrity, intelligence, and a proactive mindset.
  • Highly driven to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Direct selling experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
