Job Description
Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care through accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and professional advice in line with UniCare’s way of working, good pharmacy practice, and SAPC regulations. Ensure efficient dispensary operations while fostering a motivated and competent team.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and accurate dispensing and professional counselling to patients.

Manage dispensary operations, including stock control, shrinkage prevention, housekeeping, and administrative tasks.

Oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns in accordance with SAPC requirements.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives.

Collaborate with clinic and healthcare departments to provide a comprehensive healthcare offering to customers.

Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and promoting company values.
Minimum Requirements
-
B Pharm Degree
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience post-community service
-
Retail pharmacy experience (Desirable)
