Musketeers are the heart of Red Bull’s On Premise success, driving volume, sparking trials, and creating brand advocates in bars, restaurants, events, clubs, and hospitality venues. As the face of Red Bull, you’ll be the go-to consultant for your territory, unlocking new opportunities to elevate brand visibility and fuel sales growth across our product portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Red Bull Ambassador
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and partners (outlet owners, bar staff, distributors, promoters, agencies, etc.).
- Champion the Red Bull brand, fostering deep connections and understanding within your network.
- Be the trusted, credible face of Red Bull in the On Premise scene.
- Uphold premium brand standards in every interaction and execution.
The Entrepreneur of the Territory
- Master your territory inside and out.
- Execute Red Bull’s strategy while innovating to unlock untapped potential.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new accounts, occasions, and consumer insights.
- Maximize efficiency by managing resources—materials, tools, and budget—effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (artists, agencies, creatives) to drive impactful results.
- Elevate Red Bull’s presence through premium activations at events (Red Bull & third-party, e.g., gastronomy festivals).
Indispensable Business Consultant
- Forge lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate win-win agreements that benefit both Red Bull and our customers.
- Leverage sales and marketing expertise to keep Red Bull #1 On Premise.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities where Red Bull should shine.
- Turn insights into action—designing programs that boost sales and brand equity.
- Track, analyze, and report performance to measure success and uncover growth areas.
EXPERIENCE
Your strengths that set you apart:
Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
A charismatic, knowledgeable brand ambassador who excites customers with your unique approach.
Open to early-career talent—passion for sales or the industry is key.
Tech-savvy with standard tools (laptop, tablet, mobile, software).
Fearless drive to win business and build relationships.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Self-driven—owns independent action and delivers results.
Practical, pragmatic, and motivated to work autonomously.
Valid driver’s license and strong knowledge of your territory.
Matric required; university degree preferred.
Willing to travel 90-100% of the time.
