Role Purpose
As a Learning Facilitator, you will drive performance and service excellence across our Services & Operations division (Call Centre, Client Services, Premium Management, Client Care). This hands-on role covers the full learning cycle—design, delivery, tracking, and measurement—requiring expertise in facilitation, microlearning, and end-to-end learning execution. Success depends on translating business needs into impactful, measurable solutions while collaborating with the broader L&D team.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree/diploma in Learning & Development, ODETDP, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of facilitation experience.
  • Instructional design experience (advantageous).
  • Proven ability to design operational/service-focused learning programs.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Self-driven with problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Experience in service environments (preferred).

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop Learning Content

  • Design engaging, needs-based learning interventions, including microlearning and process guides.
  • Create assessments aligned with the Kirkpatrick model to measure impact.
  • Maintain quality standards and align content with organizational branding.
  • Optimize existing materials to avoid duplication.

Deliver Learning & Manage Experience

  • Schedule and facilitate training (systems, soft skills, refreshers) with minimal operational disruption.
  • Ensure adherence to learning objectives and quality standards.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution, including logistics and stakeholder engagement.
  • Mitigate risks and collaborate with L&D peers for seamless support.

Client & Learner Engagement

  • Build stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted learning advisor.
  • Address queries promptly and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee training facilities and vendor partnerships (venues, catering).

Measure Learning ROI

  • Analyze data to generate insights and track performance improvements.
  • Apply the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate impact.
  • Manage budgets and provide feedback to enhance L&D initiatives.
