Qualifications/Experience
- Relevant IT/Business Degree or equivalent experience
- SAP Certification in SAP PP
- SAP S4/HANA Certification – PP/IBP
Essential Skills Requirements
- Excellent knowledge and customizing experience in SAP PP, APO/eSPP modules, including Demand Planning
- Expertise in Process Chain creation, BI info cubes, batch job variants, core interface integration models, and CIF enhancements
- Working experience with S4/HANA implementation
- Strong understanding of Supply Network Planning processes
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Planning (stock replenishment, inventory management, DRP)
- Proficiency in housekeeping, monitoring, and post-processing activities
- Familiarity with integrated modules (SAP MM, SAP SD, Master Data)
Advantageous Skills Requirements
- Experience with supply chain planning tools (IBP, APO, eSPP)
- S4/HANA migration/implementation expertise
- Agile Methodology experience
- ABAP debugging skills
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare AS-IS/TO-BE documentation
- Propose solutions for business process improvements
- Execute configuration changes and support cross-functional integration
- Conduct testing (Unit, Regression, System Integration, Security)
- Develop user manuals and deliver training
- Lead go-live planning, migration, and post-launch support
- Resolve Production Support tickets within SLAs
- Manage end-user authorization roles
- Maintain updated system documentation
- Work within Agile frameworks and participate in team meetings
- Translate business requirements into functional concepts
