Purpose of Position
Lead a high-performing store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth through exceptional customer service, maintaining store image, effective stock management, and successful promotional execution.
- Reduce Stock Loss by fostering a vigilant store culture and adhering to security, stock handling, and cash management procedures.
- Manage Costs Efficiently by optimizing store operations in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure Compliance by completing administrative tasks according to company guidelines.
- Lead & Develop Teams through training, coaching, and performance management of store staff.
- Maintain Standards by upholding health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant business/retail degree/diploma (advantageous).
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft/Google GSuite preferred).
