Responsibilities:
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and processes, participate in training, and address queries as needed.
- Implement correct processes and propose improvements by identifying areas for enhancement and presenting them to management.
Material Handling & Stock Control
- Load and unload MMU with correct raw materials, ensuring a secure area, proper specifications, and adherence to procedures.
- Assist with stock control by accurately tracking inventory, receiving stock, conducting checks, and reporting discrepancies.
MMU Maintenance & Work Area Safety
- Perform regular cleaning, inspections, and basic repairs on the MMU, including checking fluid levels, filters, and safety features.
- Maintain work area cleanliness, handle spillages, dispose of waste properly, and report hazards to supervisors.
SHE Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Implement, review, and comply with SHE practices, standards, and processes at all times.
- Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders and service providers, monitoring service levels and addressing concerns.
Team Contribution & Development
- Support team activities, participate in company events, and uphold Enaex values.
- Pursue self-development by identifying growth areas and completing approved training.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Blasters Assistant Certificate
- Code C Driver’s License
- 1-2 years of experience in mining or a similar environment
