RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a Product & Brand Ambassador
- Live and breathe Red Bull’s brand values, representing the brand in a premium way.
- Grow awareness and trial of Red Bull through strategic product sampling.
- Develop and execute a tailored campus plan to bring the brand to life at university.
- Build strong local networks and maintain key relationships.
- Boost engagement through authentic content on your social media.
- Support Red Bull events to deliver incredible consumer experiences.
Be a Sales Expert
- Partner with sales teams to ensure Red Bull is visible and available in local outlets.
- Open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
- Utilize Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
- Maintain high standards in-store execution.
Executional Excellence
- Deliver flawless execution with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team through regular in-person and online interactions.
- Plan and report activities accurately via the online platform.
- Provide insights and identify trends to help grow the brand locally.
EXPERIENCE

- Strong communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality.
- Deep understanding of student life, including campus hotspots and trends.
- Creative mindset with entrepreneurial drive and strong initiative.
- Ability to balance studies with Part-Time work, including evenings & weekends.
- Passion for marketing, sales, and negotiation.
- Well-connected with influential campus groups.
- Love for the Red Bull brand.
- Driver’s license (preferred).
- Event/project management skills.
- Team player with flexibility to travel 80-90%.
