Role Purpose
Lead and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets through outbound strategies.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate (essential).
- NQF Level 5 qualification approved by FSCA (essential).
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent (essential).
- Regulatory Exam 5 certification (essential).
- 2+ years in outbound sales/cold calling (desirable).
- 2+ years managing a sales team in financial advice (essential).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with client-centric practices.
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and regulations.
- Motivate the team, drive performance, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations, escalations, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and optimize productivity.
- Analyze trends, report on metrics, and enhance service delivery.
- Manage budgets, staffing models, and cost-efficient scheduling.
