Negotiate the elements of Red Bull Perfect Store across Retail and Impulse accounts in East London, ensuring maximum product sales through optimal availability, visibility, communication, and strategic placements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
TERRITORY COVERAGE
- Cover all assigned outlets efficiently and cost-effectively at optimal frequencies.
- Manage and develop the designated area with professionalism.
- Complete all assigned calls within the territory.
- Maintain respectful relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
PERFECT STORE
- Maintain and expand Perfect Store databases, focusing on availability, pricing, visibility, and messaging.
- Build strong relationships through effective communication.
- Influence decision-makers with compelling commercial insights.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Ensure all Red Bull SKUs are in stock and displayed at all times.
- Maintain optimal stock levels for continuous consumer availability.
POS MANAGEMENT
- Secure and enhance Red Bull’s in-store brand presence.
- Correctly place and update POS materials in all outlets.
- Ensure promotional compliance from the start date.
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Execute Head Office agreements according to merchandising standards.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Proven sales track record.
- FMCG, retail, or branded experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Off Premise channels (retail, impulse, non-traditional).
- Basic commercial awareness and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with mobile Field Force automation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 90-100% of the time.
