What is a Centralized Monitor?
A Centralized Monitor (CM) is a key member of IQVIA’s Centralized Monitoring Department, providing Remote project support across multiple studies, sites, and teams. The CM reviews structured clinical data and medical charts to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform centralized monitoring activities to assess study quality and compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems, databases, and tracking tools.
- Manage triggers and prepare site-specific documentation for assigned studies.
- Assist in basic data analytics and trend analysis.
- Participate in study team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Escalate site quality concerns to the Centralized Monitoring Lead or Senior CM.
- Conduct subject-level data reviews to verify accuracy.
- Follow up with sites/CRAs on study milestones from initiation to close-out.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
- 2+ years of clinical research experience (preferred).
