We are seeking a highly skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join a leading vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough work preparation and fault diagnosis.
- Perform expert repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
- Carry out final inspections and functional tests to ensure quality.
- Prepare detailed reports for vehicle hand-over.
- Maintain and exceed Standards of Excellence in service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a qualified vehicle technician.
- 2-3 years in a senior or diagnostic technician role at a franchise/corporate dealership.
- Valid Trade Test/Red Seal qualification.
- Ford Master Technician qualification (must provide STARS ID).
- Experience working with corporate brands such as Nissan, Ford, BMW, or Audi.
- Unendorsed driver’s licence.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Expertise in fault finding and diagnostic equipment.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
