Used Vehicle Sales Manager Opportunity – Johannesburg
First Degree Recruitment is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow the pre-owned vehicle sales division at a leading dealership in Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and marketing operations for the used vehicle department.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and maintain communication with head office.
- Manage advertising strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct trade-in evaluations and price vehicle stock competitively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Used Vehicle Sales Manager.
- Proven background in vehicle sales, preferably within a corporate branded dealership (e.g., Ford, Chery, Land Rover).
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets and maximizing profitability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid South African driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
