JOB PURPOSE
Assist management in day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to all store policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with adidas’ standards.
- Process sales transactions (cash, credit, checks) as needed.
- Support merchandise ticketing and verify received items against documentation.
- Assist in restocking the sales floor from the stockroom when required.
- Help create product displays based on management guidelines.
- Become proficient in using the point-of-sale system while maintaining policy compliance.
- Employ sales techniques like upselling and product knowledge to meet sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers, sometimes serving as a front-door greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure the safekeeping of company assets.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Clear, engaging communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- 0–1 years of retail experience preferred.
