Job Description
Provide professional, efficient, and confidential pharmacy support while assisting patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. Ensure accurate handling of prescriptions, patient profiles, and chronic authorizations in line with SAPC regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers professionally and maintain strict confidentiality within SOPs and agreed timelines.

Administer scripts and manage all claiming or capturing procedures accurately.

Ensure accurate and complete handling of all patient profiles.

Engage with healthcare professionals as needed.

Resolve queries and follow up on issues promptly.

Assist with chronic authorizations and related processes.

Liaise with other departments to support operational efficiency.

Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Knowledge

Product knowledge, including OTC medications

Minimum Requirements
