Retail Sales Assistant – Absolute Pets (East London)
Specialising in premium pet foods and accessories, Absolute Pets is the leading pet retailer in South Africa with over 170 stores nationwide. We are looking for passionate and driven Retail Sales Assistants to join our growing East London team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and orders are placed accurately.
- Handle basic administration and IT systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- A genuine passion for retail and love for animals (product training provided).
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- One year of retail/sales experience (advantageous).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Ability to lift and pack stock.
- Hardworking, interactive, and engaging personality.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Highly motivated with a passion for pets and customer service.
