Marketing Assistant / Junior Brand Manager – Global Pharmaceutical Company
MNA Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant or Junior Brand Manager to join a leading global pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will support the Senior Brand Manager in executing strategic and tactical marketing plans, driving portfolio performance and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across pharmacy, digital, and healthcare channels.
- Support promotional activities aligned with sales cycles and brand objectives.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and agency briefings, ensuring brand compliance and timelines.
- Analyze market, consumer, and competitor data (e.g., IQVIA, IRI) to provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to monthly forecasting by assessing demand trends and promotional impact.
- Assist in organizing HCP engagement initiatives, including events and congresses.
- Track marketing spend and manage POs/invoices within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Medical, Digital) to ensure seamless execution of brand plans.
- Prepare brand performance reports and business reviews for stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Science, or related field (Marketing postgraduate advantageous).
- 1-2 years of marketing or assistant brand management experience (internships considered if relevant).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advantageous Experience
- Background in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, OTC, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with market data tools (IQVIA, IRI).
- Exposure to product launches or marketing campaigns.
