Vehicle Warranty Clerk – First Degree Recruitment
A leading Vehicle Dealership in Johannesburg is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Warranty Clerk to join their Service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Managers and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Fulfill warranty requirements and resolve warranty-related issues.
- Monitor defective products and track warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details and warranty documentation.
- Prepare and submit warranty reports as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warranty administration within a corporate or franchised dealership.
- Proven background as a Warranty Clerk in a Service department.
- Experience working in a Vehicle dealership, preferably with brands like Nissan, Renault, Ford, etc.
- Strong attention to detail, focus, and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with motor industry systems (Kerridge, Autoline, etc.).
- Motor industry experience is essential.
- Valid South African Driver’s License.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Clear criminal record.
