Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of store operations.
- Maximize turnover and profitability through effective strategies.
- Minimize shrinkage by monitoring and mitigating stock-related risks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by executing the customer experience strategy.
- Lead talent selection, training, coaching, and recognition initiatives for all team members.
- Drive innovative visual merchandising to optimize sales performance.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Maintain health and safety standards within the store.
- Foster an inspiring and motivating work environment for the team.
- Align team members with company culture and promote a fun, engaging workplace.
