The Role
As the Regional Visual Merchandise Manager, you will lead and develop the VM team to deliver a world-class in-store experience in alignment with Typo’s global vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive VM execution through your team and train retail teams to follow the Brand VM framework.
- Elevate flagship stores while staying within the VM framework.
- Conduct in-store inspections, provide feedback, and coach on commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize sales and business growth through effective VM strategies.
- Work with retail partners to review performance and align on trade decisions.
- Guide your team in executing monthly visual sets according to the Brand plan.
- Adapt VM directives to suit local market needs while maintaining consistency.
- Identify stock management opportunities and collaborate with merchandising teams.
- Develop and inspire your team through performance reviews, feedback, and coaching.
- Lead with the Cotton On Group’s values and foster a culture of engagement.
- Ensure alignment with the Safety Matters Framework.
