Key Responsibilities:
Be a Product & Brand Ambassador
- Represent Red Bull with energy, passion, and authenticity in every interaction.
- Grow brand awareness by sampling Red Bull at the right places and times.
- Develop and execute innovative campus plans to engage students.
- Build strong local networks with key influencers and groups.
- Boost brand engagement through authentic content on your social media.
- Support Red Bull events to deliver epic consumer experiences.
Be a Sales Expert
- Partner with local sales teams to ensure Red Bull is visible and available on campus.
- Help open new distribution points to expand Red Bull’s reach.
- Leverage Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in key locations.
- Maintain high standards in-store execution.
Deliver Executional Excellence
- Focus on every detail to ensure flawless execution in your role.
- Collaborate with the team through regular in-person and online interactions.
- Plan and report activities accurately via our dedicated platform.
- Share local insights and trends to drive brand growth.
Experience & Skills We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, positive personality.
- Strong social skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of student life, campus culture, and Cape Town hotspots.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and responsibility.
- Ability to balance Part-Time work with studies, including evenings/weekends.
- Eagerness to learn marketing, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Well-connected with influential groups on campus.
- Passion for Red Bull and its brand values.
- Driver’s license (preferred).
- Event/project management experience is a plus.
- Team player ready to work flexibly.
