Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer expectations by practicing exceptional selling techniques.
- Adhere to stock loss controls to maintain store efficiency.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maximize sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
