Job Description
Role Overview
Our business product offering has grown significantly, leading to the development of the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model. The incumbent will grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance, selling personal and commercial lines through prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.

Qualifications
General:
- Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate.
- Own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access.
- Valid Code B driver’s license.
- 3+ years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
If you have previous FAIS experience, the following is non-negotiable:
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on DOFA).
- RE5 (depending on DOFA).
Additional Information
The OUTsurance Broker (Bloemfontein) reports to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager and collaborates with the Commercial team.
