Role Purpose
Support the business by implementing marketing activities aligned with strategic objectives to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Requirements
- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with marketing data analytics tools
- Financial industry experience (advantageous)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational marketing plans per product and audience.
- Implement marketing campaigns across print, digital, online, and broadcast channels.
- Craft go-to-market messaging and materials to align with strategic goals.
- Manage copywriting, editing, and proofreading for campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights.
- Coordinate with external vendors for event and campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and report insights to stakeholders.
- Brief service providers and ensure timely project delivery.
