The Role
As our Merchandise Analyst, you’ll be the supporter, analyzer, and team player driving customer-centric decisions. You’ll review trade results, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations to boost sales and maximize gross profit with a digital-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support retail and VM teams to identify trade opportunities, manage stock health, and prevent dilution
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory and enhance efficiency for stores and customers
- Conduct regular site and store visits to assess stock levels, provide feedback, and resolve issues
- Oversee and analyze the execution of promotions, sharing actionable insights across all channels
- Champion systems and processes with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a deep understanding of the industry
- Leverage analytical thinking and planning expertise to drive results
- Operate efficiently and stay highly organized in a dynamic setting
