Exciting Opportunity: Claims Administrator – Trucking Division
Hollard is looking for a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our Insure, Broker Distribution team. This role is based in Johannesburg and focuses on processing windscreen and breakdown claims, as well as managing yard administration queries to ensure operational efficiency.
Role Objectives
Process all assigned windscreen and breakdown claims, along with yard administration queries, adhering to company standards to support the division’s productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Assess and investigate fast-track claims to minimize potential leakage. Manage yard functions and queries promptly to mitigate salvage-related losses.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers, in line with SLAs and company standards.
- Broker Support: Provide technical advice and additional assistance beyond standard claims processing.
- Communication: Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders and ensure queries are addressed within 24 hours.
- Claims Registration: Register all windscreen and mechanical breakdown claims within 24 hours of receipt.
