Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re looking for a Retail Admin Team Leader to ensure seamless store operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Job Purpose
Oversee all administrative functions in-store, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures to support smooth retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily store administration, including banking, price changes, staff scheduling, stock counts, and stationery control.
  2. Conduct daily cash-ups, reconciliations, and reporting discrepancies to the Store Manager.
  3. Oversee goods receipt and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  4. Submit daily stock documentation to head office and obtain necessary authorizations.
  5. Maintain office housekeeping and organization.
  6. Coordinate weekly stock counts and full stock take preparations.
  7. Update pricing (electronically and manually) and manage stock-related reports.
  8. Control stationery orders and minimize operational expenses.
  9. Safeguard company assets and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Reliable transport for shift work
  • Minimum 1 year of retail admin experience

Additional Expectations

  • Complete required training and appraisals.
  • Stay updated on SOPs and embrace new technologies.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc duties.
