Vehicle Warranty Clerk – First Degree Recruitment
A leading Vehicle Dealership in Johannesburg is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to join their Service Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with managers and technicians to ensure smooth warranty processes.
- Fulfilling warranty requirements and resolving warranty-related issues.
- Monitoring defective products and tracking warranty claims.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer details and warranty documentation.
- Submitting reports on warranty statuses and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warranty administration within a corporate or franchised dealership.
- Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in a Service Department.
- Background working in a Vehicle Dealership, preferably with brands like Nissan, Renault, or Ford.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in motor industry systems (e.g., Kerridge, Autoline).
- Motor industry experience is essential.
- Valid South African Driver’s License.
- Grade 12 certification.
- Clear criminal record.
